Abbiamo fatto parecchio shopping in questi giorni e abbiamo familiarizzato e parlato molto, nonchè fatto foto buffe e matte.

Here i am again... did you miss me? I think i'll never know.I'm finally writing on my blog again, but i waited until now because i needed a wall of text to tell all the things that i've done until now and in these days i didn't have the time. First of all in these days i just relaxed a lot and did a lor of stupid things, actually way more than i was expecting. The first morning we've been in Sundsvall's tax office to fill some documents which attest that i'll live in Sundsvall for my EVS period.I got really impressed by the way the employee (it was a lady) was talking with the russina volunteer, because she was extremely calm, she pronounced the wrods clearly and her voice tone was fleeble and placid.so,just to give you an idea, just like when in Italy you're talking with a psychologist in a tète a tète.
I asked Anastasia (the name of the russian volunteer so i'll stop to refer about her as "russian volunteer) if all the swedish people talk like that and she siad that yes, it is very common.Things are opposite in my country, and i found really annoying as habit and especially in public offices/services, united to the slow service it's a real stressfull mix.here we just had to wait for 10 minutes (time in which we filled the documents too) and Anastasia was whining about them being slow. I quickly suggested her to avoid making queues in Italy because she could've never stand it.
Out of the office i asked her if a bar was there, to offer her something like a the or a chocolate to thank her for filling the documents but unfortunately there were no bar in the whole street.
She asked me to go to the university because she needed some books that she had already booked (yeah, silly wordjokes). So we visited the university a bit (just the entrance and the library) and it seemed well organized and cosy. There were many books so i offered to Anastasia to carry her books to thank her. We made a lot of shopping and familiarized and talked a lot, we also did lot of crazy and funny pictures.A curious thing which i would like to tell you about is "systembolaget", which is a government owned chain shop to regulate alcohol consumption."systembolaget" are the only shop in sweden in which you can buy alcol drinks that have more than 3,5% of alcohol. To buy those drinks in Sweden you need to be 20 but the age to drink alcoholic drinks in bars, restaurants and pub is 18 years old.It is also forbidden to drink alcoholic drinks in the streets.
I bought a keyboard at the media market (commonly known in Italy as "mediaworld") and i was close to faint when i've seen the girl that managed the cd/dvd zone that day., because she was identical to natalie Imbruglia in the song "Torn" the only difference is that she had black hair instead of brown one. I asked her if they had some albums from my favourite band but unfortunately they didn't have any.
After that we've been shopping around for clothes and i discovered, as soon as i entered in a supermarket that swedish people are the people that eat more sweets in the world, well...the 12 meters long display rack was a nice hint, but Anastasia confirmed me that.
It was full of a lot of different types of sweets and the purchaser can mix all kinds of sweetes because they just cost 70 crowns for kilo ( almost 7 euros) so i did a stock of sweets and sweden got 2 points more in my already high perception that i have about the country.
Now, we leave back "systembolaget" Natalie Imbruglia and even sweets, for telling you about my cds treasure hunt in the second hand shop : D. We've been there because Anastasia did put her eyes on a bag that she needed for packing (because she will leave in a week :/) but unfortunately somebody already bought it so i roamed around the cd zone looking for "something" (yeah the fact that we were carrying huge wigs was just a detail).
I found 5 really nice cds for just 70 crowns.
Happy for the cds we went to the coop (yeah, you can find coop even in sweden), and we looked for aubergines for an Italian dish called "Parmigiana di melanzane".We did some stupid photos in the shop (yeah, it's like a habit now) and we bought other sweets... Did we really need other sweets? Of course we did!.
Wr had fun with a cart that is supposed to be used for carrying shoppings but we used it to har ourself somehow, un/fortunately we didn't succeed.
Yesterday i did my first day of job (ahahahahah, job, really sorry, couldn't stop laughing) in the association's center that hosts us, which is named "fritid for alla" (which means free time for all).
We reached the youth center with a car, the center is named Skönsmogården ( i hope i wrote it in the right way, guessing with memory XD) with Mariana and a german volunteer joined us (sorry i'm bad with names).
I switched the computers on, the play stations and the consoles.I fastly met Dan, a boy from Sundsvall wich volunteers for the association and that lives few meters away from the youth center. Then I met Robin, the first disabled kid which i familiarized with pretty quickly :P and ewan, another boy that stayed with us. After all this Elizabeth purposed a game in which the victim ( yeah , that'me hej : D) has a word on his forehead that cnanot see and he needs to ask some questions to guess it.Well, some wasn't exactly the right word, because i couldn't get the word by myself and i needed Mariana's help.
After this game we played "Floorball", a sport that i didn't knew but that i completely loved. We were talking about organizing a tournament and i really can't wait :O.
We played a board game, i don't remember the name, it was swedish, long and yeah, i don't have good memory. All of a sudden...MUFFIN TIME! We prepared some muffins and they came out of the baker really good and tasted delicious. The “problem” is : In Sweden forget the scales because they use a system of little stamps and little sppons, but i will stay with the sclaes anyway.
I roamed aroudn the youth center shouting happily MUFFIN TIME! (when you're not good with the language you need to arrange something XD) and it seemed that everybody appreciated it.
We played Guitar hero, the ones with good music on didn't work so we played worl tour, after a pool match against robin (that he purposed : D ) that i win at the last ball, i ate a Hot-dog and went back home drived by Elizabeth.
If I need to be sincere about the day, i honestly think that i had more fun than anyone else at the youth center, it was all so new to me, i did a lot of things and i loved how the kids were used to foreign volunteers because the association i work for hosted many of them, Also i loved the cneter, well organized, clean and with many instruments and activities to do.
This morning I slept until 12:00 o' clock, because i was so tired in the afternoon we washed our clothes and we had time from 2 pm to 5 pm, yeah!, because here we need to book the laundy which is in another flat, propierty of the government or of the society that owns the flats.
We had booked it the day before and nobody can open the door of the room that you booked until the time runs out, so we had a walk in the forest that is pretty close to our apartment. The forest was really big and to go forward and back i think we walked for 6 kilometers. We shooted a lot of photos and did stupid stuff, but we enjoyed our time.We encountered some people that was walking likse us, but, because the road to get in the forest was on a little hill, there were “ski paths” so there was people skiing too. We've seen a lady that was skiing with her dog, holding him on a leash.I found it very funny as scene vut very clever too, because the dog seemd to enjoy that activity.
As we got home it was time to cook, because my dish (parmigiana) requires time to be prepared. We had some problems meanwhile, because Anastasia enlighted the wrong fire surface and i noticed it when i smelled plastic burning and i quickly removed the aubergines from the inside, otherwise we woudln't had much to eat.Always her (am i a gentlleman uh?) forgot to enlight the baker which i asked her instruction for and after 40 minutes of “baking” nothing happended, so we had to wait more 40 minutes, but fortunately Lina (the other volunteer from Lithuania) came back at the right moment and she didn't have dinner,so she was glad to join us and we were that she did.We shared a nice dinner which was more nice for the only candles lights purposed by Anastasia.
